Let’s talk about the menu for Oct 2-5

Names of recipes may not tell you much so I would like to describe the options this week.  If you are glad to see this, let me know.

Monterrey Chicken Spaghetti–a new chicken casserole that we deem a keeper.  Chicken, spinach, spaghetti. Monterrey Jack cheese, sour cream, seasonings topped with French Fried Onion rings and baked.  Yum

Chicken Ritz—Well I am sure everybody knows what this absolutely delicious casserole is.  Chicken, cream of soups, sour cream, rice, seasonings, topped with buttered toasted crumbled Ritz crackers and baked.  Even men like this casserole.

Chicken and Rice Soup—Chicken, wild rice, carrots, celery, onions, seasonings.  This is one of my favorite soups.

Cranberry Chicken Salad on Croissant—This chicken salad is made with dried cranberries, pecans, chicken, mayo and seasonings.  Don’t want it on a croissant?  How about a scoop?

Cucumber Tomato Salad–English cucumber slices, tomatoes, red onions in a vidalia dressing.

DH Chicken Salad—We have this available everyday as it is one of the favorites of all.  Basic chicken salad with boiled eggs, celery, relish and our special seasonings.  By the scoop or sandwich–a real winner

Spinach and strawberry salad—Our signature salad from day 1.  Spinach, strawberries, almonds served with our special poppyseed dressing.
